HEALTH/ FITNESS:
1.) Led a fitness program for LeCI's Mental Health Department
2.) Ran a total of 74 "marathons" in 2021( from not being able to run a single lap to being able to run 100 straight)
3.) Did 23 pull-ups straight (couldn't do a single, unassisted pull-up at first)
4.) Achieved a sub-30-inch waist
5.) Achieved a resting pulse rate of 31
6.) Exercised every day for a year straight (achieved this three times).

1.) Obtained my bachelor's degree through correspondence from Ohio University
